Valeo Fund has an Advisory Board, whose members provide advice, counsel, and support to the Fund Managers. The current members of the Advisory Board are as follows:
Webber W. Beall III
(Dallas, Texas)
Mr. Beall is an Executive Vice President and senior officer of Lincoln Property Company. His primary responsibility is co-managing the operations of Lincoln Harris CSG (“LH CSG”), the corporate services group of Lincoln Property Company. LH CSG manages a portfolio of over 40 million square feet throughout the U.S. LH CSG specializes in providing full-scope, healthcare real estate services on a national basis, managing over 400 medical office buildings/properties in 14 states and handling over 2000 healthcare transactions per year. Mr. Beall has closed over 800 commercial transactions in his 26 year career. Mr. Beall earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas-Austin.
Darlene Hart
(London, England)
Ms. Hart is the founding principal and CEO of US Tax & Financial Advisory Services Ltd, with offices in London, Zurich, and Geneva. Ms. Hart has over 23 years of tax, accounting, financial and retirement planning experience at various international firms including Touche Ross, Rotan Mosle and Coopers & Lybrand, where she was instrumental in creating a financial planning department. Ms. Hart lectures and gives seminars on tax and financial matters to other tax professionals, banks, investors, accountants and the general public. US Tax & Financial Services Ltd specializes in advising expatriates on U.S. and UK individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate tax issues as well as financial and retirement planning issues. Ms. Hart earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston and an M.S.A. in Taxation from the University of Houston. She is an Enrolled Agent and a Member of the Association of International Accountants.
Malcolm R. Riley

Mr. Riley is President of Malcolm Riley & Associates, a firm specializing in the sale, acquisition and development of retail properties. Active in shopping center development, management and brokerage for more than 35 years, Mr. Riley has developed over 50 shopping centers with a gross leasable area exceeding 9 million square feet. Recognized as a leader in the retail industry, Mr. Riley has lectured in shopping center development and commercial real estate courses at UCLA Anderson Business School, University of California at Irvine, University of California at Berkeley, Pepperdine University, Columbia Business School, and Wharton Business School. Mr. Riley is Past Chairman, International Council of Shopping Centers; Trustee Ex-Officio, International Council of Shopping Centers; and Past Chairman, California Business Properties Association. He has served on the Bixby Land Company Board of Directors, BRE Board of Directors, and the UCLA Foundation. Mr. Riley earned his B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
