Valeo Fund is a private equity fund that offers investors the opportunity to take advantage of current conditions in the U.S. commercial real estate market. Achieving success in the current U.S. commercial real estate market demands a coordinated approach, including effective market evaluation, asset evaluation, acquisition structuring and implementation, asset management and exit strategies.

The combined experience and expertise of the members of the Management Team and Advisory Board provide a solid platform for the investment activities of the Fund. Members of the Management Team have significant experience in all phases of commercial property investments, including finance, acquisition, operation/management, and disposition.

The typical investment size of an asset acquired by the Fund is expected to range from $15 million to $55 million. The Fund believes that this size of investment is too large for most individual investors, but too small for many of the large institutional investors. The Fund believes that its focus on transaction sizes in this range may reduce the level of competition for attractive investment opportunities.

Valeo Fund will seek to minimize our investors’ risk of capital by employing relatively low leverage and maximizing debt maturities. With a 5 to 8 year Fund term, our timeline is sufficient to bridge the current cycle, create value, and maximize the harvest.
